Methodology / How we think
Narrow scope. Real data. Visible work.
An agent earns trust by doing one thing reliably and showing how it did it. Our methodology is built around that idea, from the first interview to the last test.
Technical philosophy
- 01
Scope before model
We define the job, its limits and its handoff points before choosing any model or tool. A well-scoped task makes almost any capable model useful. A vague one makes every model unreliable.
- 02
Ground every answer
Agents answer from your approved sources: policies, rates, catalogues, listings. When the source does not cover a question, the agent says so and passes it on rather than guessing.
- 03
Log everything
Every conversation, decision and handoff is recorded, so your team can see why the agent did what it did and correct it.
Development process
- 01
Collect real cases
We gather genuine examples from your inbox, chats, reviews or enquiries, including the awkward ones.
- 02
Build against those cases
The agent is developed and tested against that set, and we review the results with the people who do the work today.
- 03
Release in stages
We start with a person approving the agent's output, then widen what it handles alone as the record shows it can be trusted.
