Lifecycle / From design to monitoring

An agent is never finished. It is maintained.

Every agent we build moves through the same stages. Knowing where it sits in that cycle tells you what to expect from it and from us.

The stages

  1. 01

    Design

We define the task, its boundaries, its handoff points and how success will be judged, using your real examples.

  2. 02

    Build

We connect the agent to your systems, write its instructions and build its knowledge from your approved sources.

  3. 03

    Test

We run the agent against real cases, including difficult ones, and review results with your team until they match your standards.

  4. 04

    Launch

The agent starts with human approval on its output, then takes on more as its record supports it.

  5. 05

    Monitor

We review its work regularly, track escalations and misses, and report in plain terms.

  6. 06

    Improve or retire

We refine the agent as your business changes, extend it when a new task is worth it, or switch it off when it no longer earns its place.
